Responsibilities:

Community Management

  • Oversee new member onboarding including managing data entry and member logistics

  • Communicate with members within the space and by email and messaging systems

  • Implement and manage space and membership software

  • Assist team with conducting tours for prospective members

  • Create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfaction by keeping the space clean, comfortable, and running smoothly

  • Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors and landlord building staff

  • Manage space maintenance requests and upkeep of key facility assets (Wifi network, kitchen, printer)

  • Distribute mail from general mailbox

  • Order office/kitchen supplies as needed

  • Document operational tasks to enhance organizational efficiency

Administrative Support

  • Manage Vault Virginia’s general contact email account and answer questions

  • Assist team with event logistics and member program development

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an efficient problem solver

  • Excellent customer service ethic

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite

  • Eager to learn new software platforms for data entry and project management (Slack, Calendly, Nexudus)

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a small team

  • Passion and empathy for the arts and entrepreneurial community

  • Ability to occasionally lift heavy items

Compensation + Benefits:

  • Hourly: Commensurate with experience and qualifications

  • Hours: 7:45am to 12:00pm (with opportunity for advancement and full-time potential)

  • Work predominantly from Vault Virginia
